Equipment needed for “at home” workouts: dumbbells

Equipment needed for “at gym” workouts: dumbbells, barbell, kettlebell, and machines.

Program includes

  1. two 5 week of mesocycles, and 2 deload weeks (4 workouts/week)

  2. Access to a private fitness app (demonstration videos, progress tracking, prescribed reps/sets)

  3. Community group chat (can ask questions in regards to the program/hold you accountable)
